How It Works
Being part of Clubsure Rewards couldn't be easier. We want you to make the most of the savings and offers available. This is why we’ve put together information on how you can get all the available benefits from your Rewards card.
When you first receive your card
Details of savings and offers have been provided by the establishments that are easily searchable on our website.
To receive the benefits you simply need to show your Rewards Card at participating establishments.
Please sign your Rewards Card and visit www.keyrewards.com.au and follow the links to activate your card online. This way your experience will be personalised and enhanced with relevant featured rewards available to you.
When can you use your Rewards Card
Your card can be used as many times in as many Rewards establishments as desired. To start saving with your Rewards Card, simply follow the “Easy Guide” for each major category listed below. Should there be any special or additional instructions, these will be provided separately in the validation detailed by the establishment in the rewards search results.
Dining – Easy Guide
Please note that your Rewards Card is not transferrable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other concessional, promotional or special offer.
If a merchant is not familiar with your Rewards Card, simply mention Ambassador Card.
Your Rewards Card can be used all year at Restaurants except for Easter, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or Valentine’s Day unless otherwise indicated.
Accommodation – Easy Guide
A limit of two Rewards Cards can be used per booking (unless otherwise specified in the validation).
If a benefit is a percentage based discount, a minimum of 2 people must be ordering and at least 2 main courses must be ordered.
You must be accompanied by at least one other person to be entitled to receive the Clubsure Rewards offer or saving. You and your guest must dine in the restaurant to be entitled to the specified saving. Offers are not valid for takeaway food.
When you are presented with the bill, give your Rewards Card to the waiter. The discount will be applied to your bill.
When dining at a restaurant the benefit is one complimentary main course menu item, or the dollar value indicated. When two main courses are ordered the restaurant will deduct the price of the least expensive main course from the bill. Only one bill per group will be issued to the table.
If the restaurant chooses to offer a saving on fixed price menu, the relevant dollar saving will be indicated in the validation box.
Entrees and child portions are not considered main course menu items.
When you call to make a booking at your selected accommodation property, remember to mention Clubsure Rewards (or Ambassador Card) and present your card at reception upon arrival. The room rate will be adjusted according to the validation and is not valid with any other “special” or promotion.
Leisure Activities – Easy Guide
Block out times may apply during special events or peak periods and reservations are subject to availability.
Bookings, which are subject to availability, must be made direct with the accommodation property and not through an agent.
Many accommodation venues may have meal offers available through their restaurants, so remember to show your card to the waiter to ensure your bill is adjusted for payment. The normal dining rules apply.
Show and use your Rewards Card at the ticket or box office to receive a complimentary admission with the payment of an admission of equal or greater value; or the percentage rebate indicated.
